A Microsoft Conspiracy?
Can you find something missing from this satellite photo of Cupertino, CA when viewed on MSN’s new Virtual Earth mapping service? Comparing that aerial view to Google’s map of the same area might help.
What’s the deal, Microsoft? I mean, I noticed that your satellite photos lack significant contrast, making them look dull and gray over most of the Bay Area, but c’mon! How old are these photos? Or maybe it’s just a little stab at Apple from the good ol’ boys in Redmond. I can’t decide. It’s too hard to tell if the Virtual Earth team just plunked in an old photo for this particular area of Cupertino, or if all of Microsoft’s satellite photos are horribly out of date.
